Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we process and ship your order.

1. Processing and Dispatch

• Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery

We offer a simple flat rate structure:

UK (Domestic): Royal Mail Standard £3.00 (3–5 Business Days)

International: £15.00 Varies by country (7–21 Business Days) confirmation of service used will be provided once despatched.

3. International Orders and Customs

All international orders (outside the UK) are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid.

The customer is fully responsible for paying any and all import taxes, duties,  fees, and customs clearance charges levied by their local customs authority or postal service upon arrival in the destination country.

We cannot calculate these fees for you, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us (at the buyer's cost) or destroyed.
