4. Orders, Payment, and Contract Formation

  • Placing an Order: When you place an order on our website, you offer to purchase goods from us under these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Payment: Payment for goods must be made at the time of order using the available payment methods. Payment is processed via our secure third-party payment gateway, Squarespace Payments, and their terms and conditions will also apply to your purchase.

  • Contract Formation: A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when we email you to confirm your order and its dispatch.

5. Delivery and International Shipping

  • Delivery: We will deliver goods to the address you provide. Any delivery times are estimates and are subject to change.  Please see delivery policy here.

  • UK Standard Shipping: A flat rate fee of  £3.00 GBP applies to all orders.

  • International Shipping: A flat rate fee of £15.00 GBP applies to all international orders. Please note that all international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any and all customs duties, import , local taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country.

6. Returns and Your Right to Cancel

We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding distance selling.

  • Faulty Goods: You have a right to a full refund or replacement if goods are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.

  • Right to Cancel (Change of Mind): You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your book. You must notify us of cancellation via .

  • Return of Goods: If you cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Refunds and Condition: We will refund you upon receiving the returned goods. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the book has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, including damage consistent with attempted photocopying. The book must be returned in an unmarked and resaleable condition.
